3. Members are not permitted to use information obtained from the Dating Online site to harass or physically or verbally abuse another person.
4. Dating Online reserves the right to restrict the number of emails that one member can send to another member in a 24-hour period. This number is at the discretion of Dating Online.
5. Members are not permitted to use automated processes (for example, IRC Bots, EXEs, CGIs) to communicate with the site or its members.

5. Content of Dating Online:
Dating Online retains all rights to all material on the Dating Online site. The site contains all appropriate proprietary information on Dating Online. Users of Dating Online are bound by local, state and federal laws and regulations.

Member profiles may not contain telephone numbers, street/postal addresses, surnames, URLs, personal chat id�s, or email addresses.

7. Copyright:
